Australians seeking any police clearance certificate are advised that the Australian Federal Police in Canberra can issue a national police clearance certificate that covers criminal records in all states and territories, except Queensland. This certificate is acceptable in all countries, although you should confirm this with local authorities.
If you require Australian police certificates based on fingerprints, you should make arrangements with the local police authorities to have fingerprints taken. The Australian Embassy in Kyiv does not take fingerprint samples or accept fingerprints for forwarding on to Australia.
